This blanket is one of the best ones I have used so far from Sunbeam. Some windows are always open in our house because my family likes fresh air despite the cold weather. We live in the Northeast and have been hit hard by this year’s cold winter. However, this blanket has helped out a lot.The top layer is a herringbone pattern which is very stylish and doesn’t pill! I must admit it does look pretty good laid out like a bed cover. I have tried to avoid buying blankets that pill and get small fuzzies on them after use. So far, I haven’t seen any blanket material on clothes I have left on top of the blanket.

Item came very quickly & was exactly as described. Very easy to use & dispense. Just add any amount of water, up to two (2) cups & push the start button. It produces up to 2 cups of boiling hot water in a matter of a few seconds. It is great for making instant coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. (NOTE: It is not intended to warm other liquids, just water…) This is my third Hot Shot, but my first black one. Love that it goes so well in my stainless & black kitchen. Yeah, Sunbeam!

She loves it so far. I own a couple of other sunbeam heated blankets and know you can’t beat them for the price. This one is a great color and really soft.
The control looks nicer than the ones I have on my blankets, it is digital and has 10 different settings. I also like the 10 hour auto-off safety feature.
Would definitely recommend.

We bought two of these devices with the expectation that they would double as a clock and a timer. They do both marvelously. As a timer, it times up or down; as a clock it keeps time to the second. Easy controls on the front make it a snap to adjust (no rocket science degree required 
). Granted, the clock/timer could be made of better materials, but these days for under , one can’t take issue. In addition, it comes with a table stand and magnet for the fridge or the side of a file cabinet (to name a couple). I’m certainly happy with them!
