Dr. Scholl’s For Her Comfort Massaging Insoles with Clear Massaging Gel, Women’s Size 6-10, 1-Pair Packages (Pack of 3) I recently started having some back issues and was told to try some gel insoles for relief. I bought these and I am so glad I finally put these in my most favorite shoes. The insole is very discreet and I even have them in my sandals since they fit under your foot perfectly, there is no need to worry about them showing. I feel like every step is cushioned and helps to distribute the impact of weight. The 3 pack sold here is a great deal!

Dr. Scholl’s Massaging Gel Sport Insoles, Men’s Size 8-13, 1-Pair Packages (Pack of 2) I rated these insoles 5 stars because they’re great for athletes. They provide support and comfort when I’ve had to either stand or walk for a long period of time. They are also great insoles when lifting weights, especially when performing lunges and squats. If you regularly lift heavy weights, try these insoles. They greatly reduce any discomfort you feel in your feet when performing squats or lunges with heavy weights. I have not had any more problems with pain in my arches or heels after using these insoles during running or weight training.

I was kind of skeptical that these would make much difference, but they have. I put them in my shearling slippers, which were in theory already very warm, and it’s made quite a difference. And in another pair of slip-on shoes, which were pretty cold normally, they’ve completely renewed the shoes, in terms of comfort.

I bought this because the arch is a little higher than many other inserts and the durable bed lasts longer than others I have used. Be aware that higher volume is needed in you shoe to accomodate the higher arch. Great cushioning and very durable
