I use this ball (in the 65cm size) as a “chair” for my desk in my office. It took a while to get it up to the right size. The pump it comes with is lousy: it fell apart a couple times, and doesn’t have much power. However, it did get the job done. The circumference of the ball is supposed to be 81 inches. I got it up to about 70 inches the first day. After 2 days (including 1 day of sitting on it), I was able to inflate it to the full size. So far I haven’t had any problems with leaking. The ball is working great as a chair.

Received today, it is much bigger than I thought it would be. Very cute (wish they had sent a pink one instead of blue). I can hardly wait to for my hamsters to use it! It may not be exactly like the exercise balls, but you have to admit it is very unique and worth showing off! I also like the fact that it has 3 settings, one for stationary so the wheel goes around but the car doesn’t move, one for the car to move around the floor, and lastly to use on a track (if I ever get one).

Got this ball to work on backbends and it has worked out well. A good size that is big enough for you to get on top of without almost being on the floor. Just enough height for backbending work. Also great to do crunches on and, if I’m really feeling ambitious, to sit on the edge of while working at my desk. Gives me a good ab and leg workout. Overall, a really great piece of equipment. I’ve always been a little nervous about working out on one of these, thinking that it will explode. This one seems to be well-built though and I feel comfortable putting all my weight on it. No problems so far!

This track is great for anyonw with one lazy and one hyperactive hamster. That lazy hamster will be pushed to exercise by the other hamster pushing her around! Its great to see my hamster which always sleeps doing something for once!
It’s also a great toy for those people who love races, just set up a straight line and watch em go!

You stick this thing against a wall and pedal a way while doing something else. I am trying to figure out how to do it while working on my computer. This pedaler works to keep your body moving, not to get a sweaty workout. The beauty is its so small, you can drag it around and use it whenever you have a free moment.
Many reviews I saw were for older people with orthopedic problems. I am neither and regularly workout demanding weight and dance classes. For me, it is a little something I can work into my workday.
