This is my second stir crazy (got my first in college and had many a late night party in my room when the smell of popcorn went wafting down the hall). The new one is a little more rounded, high tech, and clear dome instead of yellow. I use two tablespoons of canola oil (Orville R’s oil is good too and slightly buttery), 2/3 cup of store-brand white rice popcorn (cheaper than Orville’s and more tender imho). Let the popper heat up for 30 seconds before adding the oil and corn. Leave the coffee lid thing off to let the steam escape to get a drier, more tender pop. Melt the real butter (3 Tbs) separately in a coffee cup in your microwave. When the corn is done popping (2 seconds between pops), add the coffee lid, flip the unit over, watch out for the steam!!, and drizel butter, then salt to taste. I like Morton’s popocorn salt (very fine). People who have only had microwave go ga-ga over when they try this.
This was the best knife sharpener I have ever owned, which has been several years, I have been taking them to a Knife Sharpening Business. Everyone who has used my knives says how sharp they are and loves them. They are even sharper than where I was taking them. So pleased with Presto and takes no time to sharpen. What a price value too.
Works great in every aspect, boils fast and highly recommended. Not the best looking, hi-tech design, but very happy with this
I’m older and have trouble with my hands. I had an expensive electric knife that was almost impossible to use. You had to fight to keep the button pushed. This knife is easy to use and makes a breeze out of cutting roasts, bread, anything! I love it!

After my dentist told me to get an electric toothbrush I decided on this one. Best thing I ever did. My teeth feel like they have been cleaned by a dental hygenist every time I use it. It is lightweight and easily rechargable and waterproof so you can use it in the shower. Highly recommended.
I have used a SoniCare brush for many years and agree that it is a very fine piece of equipment. Unfortunately it is also exorbitantly priced.
I purchased this OralB unit about two months ago just to check it out. What I have found is that I tend to “look forward to brushing” a lot more with this unit than the SCare. It offers a more gentle and less “frenetic brushing experience”.
I took water from our reverse osmosis filtration system to put into this unit. We have “pure” hot water any time we want. It is a great addition to the kitchen counter.
