The baked item was easy to remove and maintained it’s ruffled edges. Cleaning the pan is very easy due to its non-stick surface. The volume of the cups is small so you may need two or three pans to bake a full batch of your recipe. All in all, this is a great pan to prepare baked goods or appetizers for sharing.
