Let me start by saying this: I DON’T WORK FOR HI TECH PHARMACEUTICALS! I’m just a regular person like anyone else who gained weight and needed some help with getting it off quicker than I put it on. I’m a female in my late 20’s and noticed like most women I gained weight in my hips,stomach, etc.I took one in the AM and one around mid afternoon.I lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks. I did exercise but I didnt become a workout freak.It truly curbed my appetite and gave me more energy so I felt like working out more. I recommend it to everyone!
