We’ve had this kettle for about 2 months and are quite pleased with it. It is a very basic unit, but frankly all it needs to do is boil water. It has a nice, compact size. The finish and look are attractive. The variable temperature control is a nice feature. We’ve not had any problems with the water picking up any taste or odor from the kettle. Especially for the price, this is a great buy. Highly recommended.
