I hestitated after reading some reviews, but bought this machine anyway and I love it! Using the Ben & Jerry’s cookbook (with super easy recipies) this machine makes creamy, wonderful ice cream in 15 minutes. Dealing with rock salt was easy—three inches of ice then a layer of salt (kind of like making a triffle). I love it so much we bought a second one for our second home. My son thinks this is just the greatest fun and it has brought back good memories for all the grandparents.
