After learning my son has high levels of aluminum and other heavy metals, I’ve decided to revamp my kitchen supplies and glass bowls where second on my list after enameled cookware. I decided to purchase Anchor bowls because they are a nice thick and sturdy glass bowl perfect for using with a hand mixer. Definitely pleased with this product. I prefer it over pyrex.
